I am in network with the following conventional insurance companies:

*Please note, I do not accept Medicaid or Medicare insurance.
For folks who do not have any of the insurances above, my out of network rate is $120 per hour.
In compliance with the "NO SURPRISES ACT"
I provide a "Good Faith Estimate" to all clients who do not have insurance or for whom I am out of network.
