I have training and experience working with perinatal mental health disorders including Postpartum depression and anxiety and am actively completing certification as a Perinatal Mental Health specialist through Postpartum Support International.

Both anxiety and perfectionism can be managed and unlearned. I work with folks who might be functioning well in almost all areas of their life, but their anxiety or perfectionist beliefs are crushing their ability to truly thrive.
